For the last few days, I should have stayed at home to work on issue 4,
or at least have written a new post here. I apologize that I didn’t. The
reason I didn’t work on them because I joined a movement against constructing
a joint express rail from mainland China to Hong Kong without full inquiry to our people.
I feel sorry to our audiences for my laziness. However, if I didn’t stand out and
fight for that, I feel sorry to myself, our city and our people.

It is a bit hard to explain the whole infrastructural project. In short description,
the express rail costs ridiculously high and it could damage many people’s homes
especially to the people who live in a place called Choi Yuen Village.
There are lots of elderly who have been living there for more than 50 years.
They grow bio foods there where is one of the very few farmlands left in Hong Kong,
unfortunately, they are forced to leave their home because of common matter,
city and economic development. Check out the video you may get the concept if you want.

It’s just a shame that Hong Kong people always says there is not enough green in their city.
They love the blue sky and seek for nature. But why you have to destroy
what you have already had? Yeh sacrifice is a must, is that? So What exactly we will
need to sacrifice? Have a look here, sorry Chinese only again.

What I want to tell is, the last three nights were one of my most beautiful experiences.
Perhaps the night before has been the first time that there were so many protesters
surrounded our Legislative Council. I was touched by the spirit from most of the people who
were there, the result was not my main concern.
