I can’t really tell what’s Xue Jiye’s painting is telling.

Recently,Indonesia based FAB Family launched the BWG project. Only
black, white and gold color are allowed to use and the whole crew will be
doing pieces with the same color scheme. SHAKE(FAB, PHB KLK, ZNC)
is the first to take part of the project. This project will end before the FAB Exhibition.

Remember one of our posts talking about the CMYK spray can?

Here we come the RGB pen with sensor inside. The idea is to scan any color from

your environment and instantly use it for drawing. This is an innovative concept pen

by Korean designer Jinsu Park. The red, green and blue inks are mixed together

to create the desired color after the color is detected. Not sure why RGB is selected for the

design, perhaps this is something limited to the scanner or detection at the point of view

from the creator. I reckon using CMYK would be better and even perfect if opacity function

could be added.

Will one day our markers, drippers, squeezers, become like this?

The refillable Color Dial Spray is a novel design for a spray can that

contains four colour cartridges (CMYK) in the one can. The two Korean

designer Kim Youngsuk kim Woosik, is taken the spray can game to

another level. Two dials(for hue and brightness) help the painter

achieve the exact color required.

Color Dial Spray is a new type of spray can that contains CMYK colour

cartridges in the one can. The user can immediately change the colour

by turning the colour dials near the top of the can.

The two dials allow for precise mixing of the particular colour desired.

The colour cartridges can be refilled many times over. This helps with

the reduction of waste. The compact form of Color Dial Spray is

convenient and portable.
