a wonderful idea.
i would buy.
The only problem i see with this product is the quantity.
Though this item might do well among do it yourself’s and artists, it lacks the simplicty of “throwing away a can”.
the constant refilling while using a desired color would no doubt cause frustration among customers.
even though this thought remains.
i would continue with this bussines venture.
you could easily offset the negatives by advertising that it is a wonderful product for simple repairs around the house, car, the grass lol
wish i came out with it.
i would certainly put this product out to market.

I don’t mean to burst everyone’s bubble but this is a terrible idea. I mean, it’s cute, kinda clever, but it’ll never make it to market. It’s a B+ design school idea.
1. Capacity - I agree with Bob above. I mean, look at the mural being painted in the picture and imagine that it’s actually being painted with this device. The guy would be refilling his yellow cartridge every two minutes. At best this could be used for small details that you don’t want to buy a whole can for but there are still other problems.
2. Consistency - If your color control is done just using a pair of analog sliders then there is no way you’re going to get consistent color if you need to change and go back. Hell, you don’t even know what you’re getting in the first place. You’d have to blast out a test spray before every use. At least you know what you’re getting with a can of Krylon.
3. White - CMYK is a printing standard which assumes that your background will be white. How often is this the case with graffiti?
4. Constriction - Liquids under pressure expand in all directions equally. The color chambers on this thing are at right angles to each other. Also just because you still have paint in there doesn’t mean you have pressure. you could be half way through a purple line with an inch of cyan left when you run out of pressure and your purple line turns magenta.
